Breaded Baked Porkchops

Pork chops. Coated in a delicious breading and baked.

Yield: 2-3 pounds of pork chops

Total Time: * 10 minutes to prepare and coat pork * 25 minutes to cook

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds pork cuts, chops, coutntry style ribs, etc.
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 12 cups regular, unseasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoons table salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 34 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 teaspoon celery seed, ground
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon onion powder

Cooking Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees

  2. Lightly beat 2 eggs

  3. Combine 2 cups of regular, unseasoned bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons of table salt, 2 teaspoons of paprika, 34 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 12 teaspoon of ground celery seed, 12 teaspoon of garlic powder and 12 teaspoon of onion powder

Cooking

  1. Coat pork 1 to 2 pieces at a time in egg mixture
  2. Place pieces of pork into bag and shake to coat well
  3. Place breaded pork onto a baking sheet
  4. Bake for 25 minutes

Notes:

If you are making less than 2 pounds of pork, consider cutting the breading ingredients in half to reduce waste.
