Yield: 2-3 pounds of pork chops
Total Time: * 10 minutes to prepare and coat pork * 25 minutes to cook
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
Lightly beat 2 eggs
Combine 2 cups of regular, unseasoned bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons of table salt, 2 teaspoons of paprika, 3⁄4 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1⁄2 teaspoon of ground celery seed, 1⁄2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1⁄2 teaspoon of onion powder
If you are making less than 2 pounds of pork, consider cutting the breading ingredients in half to reduce waste.
