Sandwiches: just about anything you can put on a bun or slice of bread.

Egg salad recipes seem to be another one of those “personal preference” types of recipes. They can be slightly sloppy, slightly dry, well seasoned, made with mayonnaise, mustard or maybe without. I prefer mine a little sloppy, and seasoned similar to a deviled egg. Maybe this should be called “deviled egg salad?”

I consider Sloppy Joe to be legendary. Everyone knows about it, just about everyone seems to love it in some form and, as far as I can tell, there’s no consensus on an official recipe. It just might be the Bigfoot of American cuisine.

There’s not much to say about sandwich spreads, except they’re all a quick, convenient and delicious option to have available for a quick lunch or sandwich.
